We used ECSM unaware of the extent of support we would actually be offered. We felt Erika was with us throughout what was initially a daunting prospect of buying a house in Italy. She arranged the viewing of the property, made introductions and meetings with the Seller including his estate agent and later with the Notary. Her translating skills made everything so easy and certainly helped us understand the process as it is slightly different to selling in the UK. All legal documents were translated and typed for us. She explained everything as we went along and demistified the whole process. She always said she was available to help with anything else we thought of and she was ... including tips and pointers on the legal system, health insurance, taxes, utilities and offered useful, good general local history and information on the area. She was always friendly and approachable and easy to talk to.

We believe she made our experience a positive one that couldn't have been improved on and we'd have no hesitation in recommending her and ECSM.
