The COVID-19 pandemic is likely to leave its mark in the real estate market too.

Property sales in November 2020 were 18 per cent better than at the same month of 2019, the Malta Developers' Association has communicated.

Preliminary data shows that 1,245 promises of sale were registered at Malta in November this year, an increase over the same month of 2019. The value of property sales registered last month, reached €274 million, an increase of €41 million on November 2019," the association said.
