Try out the culinary offers at Porta Vescovo resort ski huts in the Dolomites, Italy

Porta Vescovo Dolomiti Resort ski huts have opened from 6. December 2018 where you can try some of the finest gastronomical dishes.

At the start on December, begins the new ski season at Porta Vescovo Resort, at the eastern part of the Dolomites. Plenty of excitement on the slopes, a spectacular panorama and many unique culinary offers, ranging from gourmet dishes to aperitifs. Among the novelties for this year, is the very long après ski with Pizza Party.

The locals pride themselves in a saying "Ski well and eat even better" at Porta Vescovo. There are a number of ski slope eateries to choose from: Rifugio Luigi Gorza, the gourmet restaurant Viel dal Pan and della Cesa da Fuoch. They all pride themselves in the wide array of local dishes they offer. If you only have time for a quick stop at Porta Vescovo, there is a unique meeting point at 2,478 meters high at the Grand Bar, perfect for soaking up some of the Italian sunshine and sipping an aperitive while enjoying the breath taking views of the Dolomites.

The Porta Vescovo Resort is built between the 1.602 meters of Arabba village (Beluno region) and the 2,538 meters of Forcella Europa upper station. There are 11 slopes available for skiers and snowboarders (a total of 22 km of slopes, of which almost all with guaranteed snow throughout the ski season) served with 8 modern ski lifts. The Porta Vescovo area is part of two of the most famous ski routes in the Alps.
