Giro d'Italia 21.May in Corvara, Alta Badia, South Tyrol, Italy

On Friday, 6th May 2016 the 99th Giro d'Italia starts in the Netherlands with 3 stages. The tour will then continue in Italy, crossing the peninsula from south to north. In the programe also some high mountain stages. Among the most interesting stages, is definitely stage n. 14: It leads from Farra d'Alpago, in the province of Belluno, to Corvara in Alta Badia / South Tyrol on 21.May, passing through the legendary Dolomite passes Pordoi, Sella, Gardena, Campolongo, Giau, Falzarego and Valparola.

The finishing line of this stage is in Corvara, on the same final stretch of the bike marathon Maratona dles Dolomites that on Sunday, 3rd July celebrates its 30th edition.
